No rub contact lens solution and simply the regular solution where you rub all of the protein off of the contact lens. Inserting a contact lens will become a lot easier over time as you become more experienced when you put them in. Do not wash your contact lenses with water in place of solution, because it will feel very awkward and a little dry.
